Eadala Chambers’ Barrister prosecutes and defends the full spectrum of criminal proceedings, from pre-charge consultation and advice, to representation before criminal courts. First class representation is available before the Magistrates’, Youth and Crown Court. He is able to advise individual defendants, corporations and prosecuting authorities, such as the Crown Prosecution Service (“CPS”), local councils and police forces. He is also able to conduct advocate panel work for the CPS.
The Barrister’s expertise in crime encompasses technical motoring offences, serious assaults, robberies, burglaries, firearms offences and sexual offences. He is also able to offer representation for applications for protective orders and domestic violence protection orders, prosecutions against private hire drivers and prosecutions relating to school education.
