Chambers’ Barrister has covered an array of immigration and asylum work on behalf of both appellants and respondents, including cases for the UK Home Office. His demonstrable expertise in this area covers all aspects of asylum and trafficking, deportation, human rights, EU free movement, detention and bail, family and spouse visas and private immigration work.  

The Barrister appears regularly before the First-Tier and Upper (Immigration and Asylum) Tribunal, conducting a range of substantive and appeal hearings. He advises regularly on the prospects of an appeal or judicial review of tribunal decisions, including drafting grounds of appeal and advices. Chambers’ Barrister is also available for advisory services in a conference setting.
