The Barrister appears regularly before the First-Tier and Upper (Immigration and Asylum) Tribunal, conducting a range of substantive and appeal hearings. He advises regularly on the prospects of an appeal or judicial review of tribunal decisions, including drafting grounds of appeal and advices.
